Rectangular Burner All cast iron burner for heating tanks, vats, cookers, cleaning tanks, rinse tanks, and many industrial and commercial applications. The Buzzer rectangular burner will outlast and outperform mass-produced burners stamped out of sheet metal when resistance to radiated heat or high temperatures are required. Radial Ring Burner All cast iron burner for heating tanks, vats, cookers, cleaning tanks, rinse tanks, and many industrial and commercial applications. The Buzzer ring burner will outlast and outperform mass-produced burners stamped out of sheet metal when resistance to radiated heat or high temperatures are required. Sizes from 6" diameter (30,000 BTUH) to 21" diameter (270,000 BTUH) available. Photograph shows our 308 radial ring burner rated @ 75,000 BTUH. Raised Port Multi-Ring Burner The raised port ring burner is a heavy duty multi-ring burner. Each ring segment comes equipped with its own Venturi and shut-off gas cock. Ideal for industrial settings in which resistance to high ambient and radiated heat is required. Can be used for melting metals (lead, tin, solder, babbitt, zinc) or for heating evaporating, cleaning, or rinse tanks. Five standard sizes available from 50,000 to 550,000 BTUH. Special sizes up to 1,500,000 BTUH can be made to order. Photograph shows V13 raised port ring burner equipped with no. 50 cast iron pilot, shut-off valve, solenoid valve with bypass and safety valve (100% shut-off type). Rated @ 232,000 BTUH. It can operate on natural gas or propane to provide quick and very intense heat without the need for blowers, compressed air, or complicated piping. Our all cast iron burners are ideal for metal melting, foundry use, forging, heat treating, glass heating, and firing ceramics or pottery. Photograph shows our VNB 200-HP high pressure nozzle burner rated at 390,000 BTUH at 10 PSI gas pressure. Packaged unit includes Baso safety valve (100% shut-off), Buzzer no. 50-HP cast iron pilot, sensor, needle (adjustable flow) valve, and 0-30 PSI gas pressure gauge. Base list price as shown is $874. In such a repair, it is important to remove all metal from the combustion chamber before a new pot is put into service. Over 300 lbs. of zinc and dross were removed in the process pictured using the VNB 125-HP as well as a small VNB 50-HP at the drain spout to keep the drain open. (After all the metal was removed, all of the inside brick work was scraped with a hacksaw blade and then vacuumed. The chamber was then re-sealed with Grefpatch coating.) Photograph one shows a VNB 125-HP being used to melt zinc, dross, and flux from combustion chamber. Photograph two shows a close-up of the burner re-heating the zinc metal so it can be removed and the furnace repaired. Photograph three shows metal and dross being removed with a fabricated scraper to "push" metal out through the drain hole in the bottom of the furnace. (Two person job!) Venturi Air Mixer The Buzzer Venturi air mixer operates efficiently on natural or propane gas to produce a hot blue flame. Our Venturi is recommended by natural gas companies, service technicians, propane suppliers and equipment manufacturers because it is durable, efficient, and simple in design. It inspirates a greater amount of primary combustion air through the mixing tube, requiring less secondary (make-up) air in the combustion chamber. A very high rate of efficiency is obtained, producing the hottest and quickest heat without a blower. With more than a dozen standard sizes (all made of rugged cast iron), the Buzzer Venturi is the time-proven answer to all your heating requirements. Plain Air Mixer The Buzzer plain air mixer is made of rugged cast iron and can be used on either propane or natural gas to produce a hot blue gas flame. Since 1911 our plain air mixers have found frequent use supplying gas heat for pizza ovens, bakery ovens, rotisseries, cookers, BBQ's, scalders, boilers, steam tables, and a variety of light industrial applications.
