Industrial Ovens & Kiln Burners
In addition to custom brick ovens, Charles A. Hones Inc. also manufactures high quality industrial ovens and kiln burners. Our cast iron propane or natural gas industrial kiln burners are ideal for firing ceramics or pottery in an industrial kiln as well as for metal melting, foundry use, forging, heat treating, and glass heating.
Our Buzzer Venturi high pressure nozzle kiln burner provides a powerful and efficient torch flame using high pressure gas at 1 PSI and above. Operating on natural gas or propane, it can supply quick and extremely intense heat without requiring blowers, compressed air, or complicated piping.
Our Firebox Oven Furnaces
Our industrial series kiln burner oven furnaces are durable and reliable heat treating ovens. The FireBox series is assembled brick by brick with careful attention to detail in our factory at Long Island. Our FireBox oven furnaces can be used for heat treatment that can go up to 2,150 degrees Fahrenheit which is perfect for pottery and ceramics or to heat tool steel, carbon steel, cast iron, and other high temperature metals.
